New Orleans Bridal Photography- Oak Alley Plantation, French Quarter

I recently returned from photographing Leigh Ann and Matt’s destination wedding in Watercolor, Florida, and I can now share Leigh Ann’s bridal portraits with the world!  I first met Leigh Ann at a bridal show a couple of years ago- she and her mom Julie were shopping for vendors for her sister’s wedding.  I have had the pleasure of getting to know her throughout the planning process for both her and her sister’s weddings.  Like so many of my clients, she lives in Texas and it’s a great shame I can’t see her more often.  She was a trooper from the beginning to the end of several hours of photography, and that dress isn’t light.  She was beat on by the sun.  She was chewed up by bugs.  Still, she kept a gorgeous smile on her face even when Kevin and I were getting our yawn on toward the end.  Needless to say, Leigh Ann is a pleasure to photograph, and I’m thrilled to share these pictures.

I love bridal sessions.  For most of us ladies, a wedding dress is the most elaborate and fanciest gown we will ever wear.  Only a few minutes are available on a wedding day for portraits, and you’re limited in locations.  Bridal sessions let you rock the dress all over town and get an exciting variety of bridal portraits in the process.  Contact me for information and availability.

Babs you did an amazing job!  And yes it was hot and yes the bugs were biting, but I wouldn’t have traded that experience with my daughter for anything….. she was beautiful and you did a beautiful job capturing her in the various locations!!!  Bridal portraits are the best, now Matt can actually see them, he has been waiting.  Thanks!  Julie.
